Frozen Yogurt Bark
As the first post of hopefully many, I will start with something appropriate to the weather. For the first time this year where I live, it has reached 71 degrees Fahrenheit! I needed something cold and sweet but substantial . . . then I remembered a recipe I had come across several days ago that would fit perfectly.
Frozen Yogurt Bark:
It's very easy to make, uses simple ingredients, is healthy, and done chilling in just about 2 hours!
As aforementioned, I found this recipe while digging around on the laptop and made only a few small changes to fit it to the ingredients at the house. I turned out marvelous, both in looks and taste, and according to the MyFitnessPal app, only has about 77 calories per serving! Take a look below and do make it yourself 👇

Clearly I misjudged the pan size, but luckily it didn't spread! |

Please don't be afraid to experiment or substitute, either. This is a very flexible dish. For example, you could add things like Craisins; chopped nuts; sprinkles; maple syrup instead of honey . . . you could even use flavored yogurt if you fancy to!
